Markets pause automatically when live data feeds experience a delay or when a significant event — like a red card or goal — is being confirmed. They reopen once the data is verified. This is normal and does not affect your open bets.

Go to My Bets, copy your bet reference number, then open live chat or send an email with the match name and the result you're disputing. We check against the official result source and respond in writing.

Pre-match bets can only be cancelled if the cash-out option is available and active on that market before kick-off. Once a match starts, in-play bets cannot be cancelled. Check the bet slip for cash-out eligibility before the match begins.
